Natural gas is quickly becoming a viable and attractive alternative to diesel. It’s abundant and inexpensive, with a rapidly growing product line available. However, it’s not without its challenges. The fuelling infrastructure is still in development and the capital cost of new equipment is high. We’ll speak to fleet managers about the challenges and opportunities available to carriers of all sizes as it relates to natural gas. We’ll discuss the shipper’s role in developing a natural gas trucking program. And we’ll provide an update on the status of Canada’s natural gas fuelling network.
